A drive from Vail to Steamboat Springs following a route we carefully curate to maximize fun driving and beautiful scenery. We will take a break for a catered picnic and camaraderie in a park in Steamboat Springs. Following lunch we proceed over Rabbit Ears Pass and down through the Gore Pass on our way back to Vail. Some drivers may opt to spend some time exploring Steamboat Springs and make their way back to Vail on their own schedule. Drivers select their group based on vehicle types and driving styles; some may prefer a "spirited" drive while others prefer a more leisurely pace.
