Please be sure to thoroughly review our Car Dealership Vendor Details & Information for info about arrival time, set up, and tear down. We will also send this information out via email prior to the event as a reminder.
- Be sure to send us your logo as a vector/eps or jpeg file.
- If you are interested in including any branded items in the SWAG bags that we hand out to our Car Show Participants, please let us know as the items will need to be approved first by the VAC board. We typically need 200-250 any such item.
- We will mail you the 6 general admission tickets a few weeks prior to the event at the address you provide on your registration form.
- We will also need to arrange getting your banner to us before 8/31/15 for display at the event.
